DNC moves to a new server

DNC returns with a new efficient server

The website has migrated to a new server with a new OS, boosting performance as well as efficiency. Server upgrades are necessary for security and reliability reasons too.

While the new server does have a dual SFP+ port each with 25 Gbps capability, the link speeds (most likely over copper DAC) are limited to 10.
